A ROAD TRIP

This is a very simple and fun warm-up. The teacher writes A ROAD TRIP on the board and ask students to write as many words as they can using the letters of the phrase (with at least 3 letters). For younger students the teacher can leave some hints, put some pictures on the board that correspond to words you want them to write on their list, for example the teacher can show the picture of a PARROT, a RAT, or a OAR.
