Describe the picture

Many teachers already use this type of activity, but a good warm-up is to show an image and ask students to describe it, make tags, captions or a balloon speech. Maybe show them 3 or 4 pictures and ask them to connect them in a story somehow. Here are some examples of cool images found on the internet.
